The Real Secret Of Quality Anti Aging Natural Skin Care Products

The Real Secret Of Quality Anti Aging Natural Skin Care Products

Be honest—are you one of those people who is easily sucked into skin care product hype? I used to be. It’s tough to avoid; companies use celebrities and doctors and billboards to get you as a customer. You’d think they would invest most of their money in developing effective products instead of slick marketing.

So how can you avoid being influenced?

Focus solely on the ingredients.

That’s the secret to finding the best anti aging skin care.

You’ll find creams and lotions that combat skin aging. And you’ll find whole skin care product lines that include moisturizers, cleansers, and lotions that treat wrinkles, dryness, and laugh lines.

These products should contain natural ingredients. Two of the most effective ingredients are phytessence wakame and cynergy TK. Phytessence wakame is an extract from kelp found in the Japanese Sea. It helps your skin by breaking down an important acid; this makes skin smooth, firm, and radiant.

Cynergy TK also prevents premature wrinkling of the skin. Many anti aging natural skin care products include this ingredient. It makes your skin produce more collagen and elastin, which are the keys to skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, our body produces less and less collagen and elastin, so this ingredient is critical.

Besides those two ingredients, the best anti aging skin care treatments also contain essential oils and herbal extracts. It’s very important that everything in your skin care product be totally pure and organic. Anything applied to the skin will be heavily absorbed into the body.

You don’t want to be rubbing dangerous chemicals into your skin day after day.

Beware: Some rub-on skin products list collagen and elastin as ingredients. This is false advertising since collagen and elastin are only found in connective tissue in the body.

Applying collagen and elastin directly to skin accomplishes nothing.

You have to use ingredients like cynergy TK, which stimulate your body to produce more of its own collagen and elastin. Many companies trick consumers into thinking they can add more collagen to their skin with a simple cream.

Anti Aging Nutrition

Anti Aging Nutrition

Your body is your temple, and what you give it nutritionally can have a vast impact on your health. As the body ages, many changes take place, and by taking in the proper vitamins and minerals, you can minimize the negative health effects that you experience as you grow older. In this article, we’ll mention some of the important nutrients that one needs to intake as they age to help keep in proper health.

As you age, your body’s ability to properly process the vitamins that you eat decreases. For that reason, it is important to increase the amounts of vitamins that you intake. Since osteoporosis occurs in those of an older age, it is of the utmost importance to ensure that your body gets enough Vitamin D. While those in their twenties only need to take in 200 IUs of Vitamin D per day, those aged 60 and above are recommended to take in about 600 IUs. The B-Vitamin Complex is also an important vitamin that our body loses the ability to process over time. A lack of B vitamins can lead to a risk for heart disease and possible memory loss, and for that reason, those of an older age need to make sure that they get all the B vitamins that they can get. Calcium is also a particularly important nutrient when it comes to aging; along with Vitamin D, it helps the bones to mineralize properly, warding off the effects of osteoporosis.

When it comes to actual foods that you should eat to avoid aging significantly, a diet that is high in both fruits and vegetables is recommended. Those who indulge in these types of foods often are found to have lower rates of disease as well as higher levels of energy and a healthier appearance. There are many reasons that these types of foods are recommended; most fruits and vegetables have no cholesterol, fat, or sodium, which are three harmful compounds that have a negative effect on health. In addition to the lack of bad substances found in fruits and vegetables, they are also rich in the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Practically every essential vitamin and mineral can be found throughout the fruit and vegetable world, and a minimum of five fruits and vegetables per day are recommended by the National Cancer Institute.

Anti-oxidants are also important when it comes to aging; this type of compound is useful in the way that it helps the body to protect itself against the harmful effects of free radicals, which are rogue cells that attack the cell membranes of your body, causing premature cell death. Many fruits and vegetables include anti-oxidants, including carrots and tomatoes.

Following these basic principles is a great way to get your health on track as you age, helping you to ensure that you will live a healthy life.

Acne: Antiaging Skin Care

Acne: Antiaging Skin Care

‘Antiaging skin care’ is a very poplar concept in today’s world. Today everyone wants to hide their age using antiaging skin care procedures (and a number of people are successful too). However antiaging skin care is not achieved by any magic potion. ‘Antiaging skin care’ is about discipline. It is about being proactive. Antiaging skin care is retarding the ageing process. Here are a few tips for proactive antiaging skin care:

1. Maintain healthy eating habits: A well balanced diet is the key to maintaining a proper body metabolism. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (raw), they are the best source of fibre and have a very refreshing effect on your body. Avoid oily and fatty food; not only do they lack in essential nutrients but also cause obesity and other diseases which aid the aging process

2. Beat stress: This is probably the most important antiaging skin care measure. Stress disturbs the body metabolism and accelerates the aging process. Sleep, exercise and a relaxing bath, are all good ways of beating stress. Aroma-therapy is also known to bust stress.

3. Drink a lot of water: Antiaging skin care can’t be any simpler than this. Water helps in flushing out the toxins from the body, hence keeping it clean and making it less prone to disease. Around 8 glasses of water (per day) is recommended by all doctors.

4. Regular exercise is a wonderful antiaging skin care procedure. Besides toning your muscles, it also helps in cleaning the skin by flushing out the toxins in the form of sweat. Exercise should be followed by a warm shower in order to completely remove the toxins.

5. Avoid the use of strong, chemical based products on your skin. Natural skin care products are a good option. Use of organic skin care products (home made or commercial) can be a very effective antiaging skin care measure.

6. Do not overuse skin care products. Excessive and harsh application, both are harmful.

7. Do not ignore skin disorders; it can lead to permanent skin damage. Try over the counter medication and if that doesn’t help, immediately visit your dermatologist and seek his/her advice.

8. Vitamin C based skin care products are very popular means of antiaging skin care. However, these seem to oxidise very quickly (which makes them harmful for the skin). So store them properly. If the product turns Yellowish brown, it means that vitamin c has oxidised and the prodct is no longer suitable for use.

9. Protect your skin against UV radiation ; UV rays are known to speed up the aging process. So, a good sunscreen lotion should be a part of your antiaging skin care routine.

The Right Anti-aging Firming Cream Plus Tips For Prevention

The Right Anti-aging Firming Cream Plus Tips For Prevention

With the number of people that become conscious of the effects that age has on their skin, companies specializing in cosmetic products are scrambling to meet the demands of their clientele. For those who have no experience with anti-aging creams, the number of options can become paralyzing because you’re afraid to make the wrong choice and yet you’re desperate to choose the right one. With the prices that these products command, a number of people can’t afford to be wrong.

But before one goes out shopping for cures, there was the matter of prevention. After all, the signs of aging wouldn’t be so obvious if you took measures against it. One of the best ways to prevent wrinkles is to stay out of the sun. If your job calls for you to work on the field everyday under the harsh rays of the sun, put on sunscreen. Experts agree that direct exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays is one of the ways to accelerate the effects of aging. Sun protection is a must, especially for those who live in the tropics.

New lines of moisturizers have incorporate sun protection in their formula. This is good news to those who would like to save up on the number of skin products they would spend on. Sunscreens present in moisturizers often have an SPF factor of 15. Skin cancer and signs of premature aging can be effectively prevented by the right moisturizer applied daily.

Cosmetic companies have also come out with other specialized skin products that target specific problems such as dark circles under the eyes, eye bags, skin elasticity, and the size of pores, to name a few. Gels, masques, serums, and creams are available to address any skin concern you may have. These contain anti-aging ingredients, elements that are extracted from nature such as chamomile, sea algae, grape seed, and avocado oil.

The first step to choosing the right anti-aging product for your skin is knowing what you want. If you only want protection against the harmful rays of the sun, sunscreen can suffice. A moisturizer that is mild enough to be applied daily is helpful, especially if it already has some sunscreen properties. If you would like some products to address fine lines, sagging skin, and wrinkles, it is recommended that you ask for advice from your dermatologist so as to know the particular product that is best for you.

The best product is not necessarily the most expensive. Keep informed about the latest studies on anti-aging. Examine clinical tests and results before deciding to buy a particular product. In addition, most cosmetic companies have their own websites where they describe in detail the processes and clinical test results that they have achieved when creating the product. If possible, get a sample of the product first and apply it on your skin.

Which Ingredients In Anti Aging Skin Care Products Are Red Flags?

Which Ingredients In Anti Aging Skin Care Products Are Red Flags?

This may come as a surprise to you, but many of the skin care creams you see on tv or in magazine ads contain harmful substances. Some have even been shown to be cancerous in clinical studies. I don’t want to alarm you, but you should be very careful about what you rub into your skin.

Skin is the largest organ in the body. Anything applied topically to the skin will be heavily absorbed (through pores) into the body.

When choosing an anti-wrinkle product, focus solely on ingredients. Ignore the big name celebrity endorsing it, the millions being poured into marketing it, and even a friend or relative recommending it. Only the ingredients tell the real story.

Here are two to avoid…

Mineral oil (also called paraffin, paraffin wax, petrolatum) is very popular among skin care manufacturers. It’s cheap. But it also prevents skin from breathing. It stops up pores, which causes toxins to build up and acne to break out.

Using a mineral oil product will also cause chapping and dryness. Your skin will actually become dependent on mineral oil. And prolonged, repeated exposure, ironically enough, will cause premature aging (the thing you’re trying to prevent).

Dioxane (a synthetic derivative of coconut) is also frequently added to anti aging skin care products. And it’s also bad. Not only is it found in anti-wrinkle creams, it’s found in high concentrations. The State of California actually considers dioxane ‘a chemical known to cause cancer’. Make sure this ingredient is not listed on the label.

These are two of the worst ingredients. I could list a couple more, but I don’t want to make this article too long. You should just be aware that even name-brand skin care products can contain these harmful ingredients. Don’t be a sucker and fall for slick advertising.

Also, when I said ‘focus solely on the ingredients’ before, I didn’t just mean the bad ones. You should also know the ingredients that are the most effective in preventing wrinkles, lines, and sagging skin. It’s your responsibility as a consumer to know the good and the bad.
